- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all Thalassa Spa areas.
- Prepare treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, and other spa facilities.
- Ensure towels, amenities, and supplies are replenished and presented beautifully.
- Support the Spa team in maintaining a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Respond to guest requests in a warm, professional, and helpful manner.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure the spa environment consistently reflects our luxury standards.
