We will count on you to:
Manage and develop the team through workload planning, coaching, feedback, talent development, and annual appraisals
Recruit, onboard, train, and support new and existing team members
Deliver high-quality HR admin operations in line with procedures, legal requirements, and customer expectations, according/matching to our KPI and SLA
Act as the main point of contact for process-related and people-related escalations
Identifyprocess gaps and issues, and collaborate with the team to implement improvements
What you need to have:
2+ years of experience in a similarleadership role, preferably with operationalbackground
Strong managerial skills and experience leading teams
University degree, preferably in HR or a related field
Excellent German andvery goodEnglish skills
Proficiencyin MS Office, especially Excel
Experience managing processes and projects
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
