We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Bellman to join our dynamic hospitality team in Putrajaya, Malaysia.
- Welcome all guests and residents with warmth and professionalism, providing directions and personalized recommendations for hotel facilities and local attractions
- Supervise and participate in the handling, storage, and safekeeping of all incoming, outgoing, and stored baggage with meticulous attention to detail and care
- Coordinate and support guest arrival and departure experiences, working collaboratively with the doorman, reception teams, and housekeeping staff
- Monitor valet parking operations, taxi queues, and hired car services according to established priorities and procedures
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism, escalating security incidents or complaints to the Duty Manager when appropriate
- Maintain the hotel entrance and driveway operations in accordance with established service standards, safety protocols, and code of ethics
- Promote in-house facilities and hotel services to enhance the guest experience and drive operational efficiency
- Ensure all tasks are performed in adherence with workplace safety, health policies, and security procedures
- Work closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver personalized and efficient service encounters
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management with flexibility and initiative
