Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient menu selections in collaboration with Amplar Health clinical staff and Pullman Adelaide’s culinary team, ensuring dietary needs and medical restrictions are met.
- Deliver meals to designated floors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
- Prepare trays and service items in coordination with the stewarding team, ensuring timely and organized delivery to rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all food service areas, following strict infection control protocols and food safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with TCS and dietary staff regarding guest needs or concerns, and relay accurate information to the culinary team for seamless service.
- Monitor supplies and equipment dedicated to TCS, reporting any issues promptly to ensure smooth daily operations.
