Demi Chef

We are seeking a passionate Casual Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team, working across Sola Restaurant & Bar and Banquets. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience across à la carte dining and large-scale events while working alongside experienced chefs.

You’ll support food preparation and service, develop your cooking skills and contribute to delivering high-quality dining experiences across the resort.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and present dishes across hotel outlets
• Assist with à la carte, buffet and event service.
• Support daily mise-en-place and kitchen preparation.
• Work closely with senior chefs to deliver consistent, quality dishes.
• Assist with different kitchen sections and service requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen presentation.
• Support a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
