Keep track of all infrastructure projects status/ deliverables/ delivery schedules and coordinate with team members to keep workflow on track.
Ensure all the project deliverables are fulfilled throughout all the design stages.
Coordinate with project managers on VO's
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives for the projects lead by infrastructure team.
Identify and address potential gaps in interdisciplinary coordination for infrastructure design tasks.
Support to monitor and track deployment, revenue, cost, profitability and payment collection for Projects.
