- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives
- Monitor project progress and analyze critical path activities to identify schedule variances and potential delays
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, look-ahead plans, schedule updates, and performance metrics for stakeholder review
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions to mitigate project delays
- Coordinate planning activities with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration and resource optimization
- Review and evaluate contractor schedules for compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations
- Support project controls activities by tracking key performance indicators and providing data-driven insights for decision-making
- Participate in feasibility studies and master planning initiatives to support strategic project development
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
