What You’ll Learn & Own
- Develop core account management and consultative selling skills within a regulated healthcare environment.
- Drive utilization and revenue growth across existing customer accounts.
- Learn how to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities within clinical practices.
- Partner with healthcare providers to help them expand patient access and improve operational effectiveness.
- Support customers using structured performance tools, including the 5 Stars Success Program.
- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers, Clinical Training Managers, and Regional Practice Managers - learning how high‑performing sales teams operate.
- Travel extensively (up to 75%) to gain in‑field experience, build relationships, and develop confidence in customer‑facing environments.
- Build strong business discipline through CRM management, forecasting, and expense reporting.

Education & Experience:
