We are looking for a Senior CRM Ops Manager who is a natural problem-solver and a collaborative communicator. You’ll be someone who can work autonomously, take the initiative, and effectively manage stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in for key initiatives. As a leader, you will be passionate about developing and growing a team of direct reports.
You will lead the team’s operational strategy, ensuring that communications are delivered with a focus on automation and reusability. Your role is pivotal in evolving our contact strategy and measurement frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
Championing operational processes, including QA and planning, to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
Owning the measurement framework, translating business needs into Braze requirements and implementation.
Managing data attributes and event requirements for strategy delivery and pipeline validation.
Driving a test-and-learn strategy to accelerate results and deliver value through communication tools.
Overseeing daily reporting and improving self-serve reporting capabilities to increase visibility for senior stakeholders.
