Lead the organization’s Learning & Development strategy to strengthen workforce capability, compliance, and quality of care
Partner with executive leaders, Clinical Practice, HR, and Operations to identify learning needs and align training with organizational priorities
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary L&D team, ensuring high‑quality learning design and consistent delivery across service lines
Oversee the design, governance, and evaluation of learning programs aligned with regulatory, accreditation, and clinical best practices
Ensure mandatory training compliance and audit readiness through effective LMS administration and reporting
Manage the L&D budget, learning technologies, and external vendors
Drive innovation and continuous improvement through modern learning approaches, data, and emerging best practices
