Project & Client Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end research projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop comprehensive, insightful, and client-ready reports that meet high standards of quality.
- Uphold and enhance Customized Research methodologies in line with evolving client expectations and market dynamics.
- Drive client satisfaction by delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations during project execution.
- Identify opportunities for new or enhanced services that address client business challenges.
- Translate client needs into tailored product solutions and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and NielsenIQ’s quality standards.
- Participate in client planning meetings, aligning NielsenIQ offerings with client objectives.
Functional & Technical Expertise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research techniques, tools, and industry applications.
- Provide value-added analyses and respond to ad-hoc client requests with agility.
- Oversee and resolve data quality issues, managing the data inquiry process effectively.
