Job Description
What you'll do
- Configure and support live, ongoing, and trial client data feeds using the feed configurator.
- Deliver data via Snowflake and cloud storage platforms (e.g., Amazon S3).
- Monitor feed deliveries end‑to‑end, identifying upstream and downstream delays using BI dashboards and alerting tools (e.g., Opsgenie).
- Provide operational support for data pipelines and data delivery, partnering with data engineering, software engineering, and customer success teams.
- Troubleshoot data and delivery issues; coordinate with upstream data providers and technology partners as needed.
- Track, document, and escalate issues through a JIRA‑based ticketing system.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track feed health, delivery SLAs, and data availability.
