As a Research Analyst, you will have the following key accountabilities:
- Support the development of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc surveys and deliverables that track key metrics, marketing effectiveness, and overall brand health.
- Work within a team to prepare reports and presentations that communicate study findings in an engaging manner. Integrate insights from NIQ research with outside sources to provide a holistic analysis that tells a story.
- Analyze data using Data Tables and SPSS to identify deeper insights and underlying trends, along with opportunities for our clients to help grow their brands.
- Provide excellent customer service that deepens existing client relationships.
- Work with broader internal teams to identify project efficiencies and proactively suggest improvements to surveys and reports that will benefit our clients.
- Assist in managing changes to current studies and contribute to the development of improved ways of working through project tasks.
