Client servicing , including field mobilization, field attendance, project management & analysis management
Able to generate insights and work on reports
Maintain a client service orientation by managing the day-to-day administration of client service activities and coordinating with operations team for updates
Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
Serve as primary contact to assigned client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic client questions, report generation, etc
Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analysis, report drafting and client presentations
Provide research, administrative and operational support to managers
Understand and implement all Nielsen internal protocols
Should be proactive in updating/highlighting senior leadership on progress
Willingness to learn and should have positive attitude towards work
