The Consumer Behavior & Insights team focuses on understanding how consumers think, choose, and interact with products and brands, transforming complex consumer data into clear insights that explain both what is happening in the market and why. Working at the intersection of quantitative analysis, behavioral science, and storytelling, the team partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to answer complex business questions and support strategic decisions across areas such as consumer trends, customer experience, shopper strategy, and go-to-market execution, helping clients stay ahead of evolving consumer needs and market dynamics.
As a Junior Research Analyst, you will support consumer research and insight development by working with large datasets to identify meaningful patterns in consumer behavior. In this entry-level role, you will collaborate closely with senior analysts and managers to transform data into clear, compelling insights and client-ready presentations, while developing strong analytical and storytelling skills.
