About the role
We are looking for a P6 Senior Expert, Transformation to strengthen our transformation capability across business process redesign, systems thinking, automation, and AI-enabled operating model change. This role will help the transformation team deeply understand how work happens today, identify gaps and inefficiencies, shape future-state processes, validate opportunities through prototypes or POCs, and provide structured delivery-ready inputs to Product Owners and Technology teams.
This is not a traditional Business Analyst or Product Owner role. Product Owners will continue to own detailed functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, release planning, and feature-level success criteria. This role works upstream to define the process problem, transformation opportunity, future-state operating model, AI/automation potential, POC validation approach, and clear handoff inputs for delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead current-state business process discovery and gap analysis across teams, tools, systems, handoffs, controls, and decision points.
- Map how work actually happens, including exceptions, manual workarounds, rework loops, dependencies, and operational pain points.
- Design future-state workflows and operating model recommendations that improve speed, quality, productivity, scalability, control, and user experience.
- Identify where AI, GenAI, workflow orchestration, automation, or agentic AI concepts can create measurable business value.
- Shape and validate transformation opportunities through prototypes, POCs, pilots, or practical experiments before full delivery commitment.
- Connect process, data, systems, people, controls, governance, and outcomes to provide strong systems-level transformation thinking.
- Partner with Product Owners and Technology teams by providing structured process context, value hypotheses, POC findings, dependencies, risks, and delivery-ready inputs.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align business, Product, Technology, Data, Governance, Operations, and BAU teams on problems, scope, outcomes, and next steps.
- Define process-level KPIs, value measures, governance needs, and BAU handover considerations.
