Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee daily office operations, support HR functions, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, visitor handling, and office logistics
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate staff onboarding, HMO enrollment, and internal communications
- Maintain personnel files, leave records, and attendance tracking
- Support HR in recruitment coordination, performance documentation, and policy dissemination
- Prepare reports, memos, and meeting minutes for management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements
