The Painter/Blaster is a key member of the Fabrication Department, responsible for preparing metal parts and welded assemblies for production by performing abrasive blasting techniques to remove rust, scale, grease, and other surface contaminants. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all components meet Mission Critical Group's quality standards before advancing to the next stage of the manufacturing process. The Painter/Blaster is expected to operate blasting equipment safely and efficiently, inspect completed work for quality compliance, and always maintain a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, production-focused, and committed to upholding the high standards of craftsmanship that allow Mission Critical Group to deliver superior products to clients across the oil and gas, marine, and energy markets.
