Role Overview
We’re looking for a Webmaster to manage and optimize our website as a core marketing channel. This role is responsible for content publishing, CMS management, resolving technical issues, and developing new features to improve site performance, security, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Upload, format, and publish content (landing pages, blogs, service pages) via CMS
Manage and maintain the CMS and website infrastructure
Ensure content accuracy, layout consistency, and responsive design across devices and browsers
Build and maintain functional, user-friendly web pages and features
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues (bugs, broken links, images, performance issues)
Test websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices
Optimize website performance, loading speed, and capacity
Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices (on-page, indexing, etc.)
Monitor and analyze website performance (traffic, UX, conversions) and recommend improvements
Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to implement updates
Develop and implement new features, modules, or integrations
Maintain site security, including backups, updates, firewalls, and access controls
Address user issues and feedback related to website experience
