Design, implement, and execute performance test plans, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests
Develop and maintain performance test scripts and other tools as required (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad)
Translate business requirements and user journeys into realistic performance test scenarios
Prepare, manage, and maintain test data to support performance testing
Monitor test execution, collect performance metrics, and analyze results to identify bottlenecks or performance issues
Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve application performance and stability
Support in analysing test results and provide actionable recommendations
Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to define performance baselines, validate performance targets, and reduce production performance risks.
Contribute to continuous improvement of performance testing processes, frameworks, and best practices
