🔥 Immediate Opportunity – FIFO Heating Technician
Matrix Camps & Logistics is hiring experienced Heating / Mechanical Technicians to support operations at a remote camp in Northern Canada (Goose Lake Main Camp).
This is a project-based contract (April–June 2026) with immediate upcoming deployment, ideal for technicians experienced in industrial heating systems, oil burners, or camp maintenance.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect, service, and repair industrial heating systems (Frost Fighter, Toyostove, Energy Logic)
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and full unit rebuilds
- Maintain glycol and diesel heating systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure safe operation in extreme cold
- Maintain maintenance logs and support overall site operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in industrial or commercial heating systems
- Experience with oil burners, diesel heaters, or boiler systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, or fuel systems)
- Comfortable working in remote, camp-based environments
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
