We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team at a pivotal moment of growth, supporting a high-impact international project while actively contributing to the shaping of core HR processes and practices.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both execution and structure-building — from managing recruitment pipelines and coordinating stakeholders, to contributing to performance, policies, and broader HR initiatives.
Your role will include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across internal and client-facing roles
- Coordinating high-volume candidate pipelines (interviews, communication, scheduling)
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
- Supporting assessment and evaluation processes, including upcoming appraisal cycles
- Assisting in the design and implementation of HR processes, policies, and structures
- Contributing to HR initiatives such as performance management, job architecture, and salary benchmarking
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and project delivery
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both recruitment and broader HR responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset, with willingness to take ownership and grow
- Fluency in English (written & verbal)
Nice to have:
- Exposure to performance management or appraisal processes
- Experience in HR projects (policies, processes, HR transformation initiatives)
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g. Workable)
