Requirements

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in agricultural research and development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Familiarity with modern farming technologies and precision agriculture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills
