· Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s EHS management system across assigned facilities.
· Promote a strong safety culture.
· Conduct risk assessments for all operational activities, identify hazards, and ensure effective control measures are in place.
· Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards through inspections, audits, and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
· Establish and enforce safe systems of work across all operational areas.
· Establish and maintain emergency response plans for all facilities.
· Conduct risk assessments related to fire and other emergency scenarios.
· Ensure availability and proper maintenance of emergency equipment.
· Organize and lead regular emergency drills to test preparedness.
