What you'll do
We are looking for extraordinary Sales Development Representative that’s target driven and has a passion for selling to join our Family Law Sales Team! Reporting to the Head of Sales, Family Law you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects who have a need for LEAP’s services and building and nurturing relationships with prospects. The ideal candidate should be ambitious towards their goals, a hunter that loves to win and hit targets, and have a genuine interest in sales with an appetite to carve out a sales career.
To make this happen, you will:
· Identify and qualify new prospects
· Build and nurture relationships with prospects
· Maintain a solid pipeline of prospects
· Run campaigns and outreach via Salesforce to prospective clients
· Convert prospects into demonstration bookings for the Business Development Manager
· Monitor and report on activities and KPIs using Salesforce

· Experience working with targets in a high phone call and meetings environment
