For an international organization that hold a leading position in the premium domestic appliance industry, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and support the development of people, culture, and organisational capabilities.
The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, supporting organisational effectiveness, and driving transformation initiatives. The role will partner closely with functional directors and leadership teams to enhance performance, develop talent, and ensure the organization remains competitive and future-ready.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic business partner to functional directors and leadership teams on people, organizational, and cultural topics.
- Drive the development and implementation of people strategies aligned with business goals and functional objectives.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Contribute to transformation programs and change management initiatives to support evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement relevant people programs, processes, and tools based on business priorities.
- Support recruitment planning, approval processes, and definition of role requirements for senior and specialist positions.
- Work closely with HR colleagues at regional and global level to ensure alignment with global HR strategies and frameworks.
- Provide expertise and guidance regarding local labor legislation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support activities requiring on-site presence such as complex employee relations cases, interviews, training sessions, and company meetings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain a positive, compliant working environment.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in a Business Partner or strategic HR role.
- Experience working in complex organizational environments and supporting leadership teams.
- Strong experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, and people analytics.
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Base Gross Salary - 20.000 RON/month - 23.000 RON/month
