The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and developing the direct-to-consumer online channel (webshop), ensuring strong commercial performance and delivering a premium customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all webshop-related topics locally and within central teams
- Manage day-to-day operations of the eCommerce channel, including monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
- Continuously optimize the website to improve conversion, customer experience, and overall performance
- Plan, implement, and manage online campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Oversee product assortment, pricing, and online presentation to maximize sales and profitability
- Manage backend operations, including campaign setup, content updates, and creation of new pages
- Ensure website content is accurate, localized, and aligned with brand and SEO best practices
- Analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, sales) and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., marketing agencies) to execute digital initiatives
- Manage and execute newsletter campaigns, ensuring high-quality communication
- Drive continuous improvements across the customer journey, including order processing, delivery, and customer communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of eCommerce experience
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools
- Experience with webshop/backend systems
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and adaptable
- Fluent in English and Romanian
