Responsibilities
- Analyze data, identify operational trends and provide insights to optimize business performance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with operational objectives
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support operational leaders in decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations
- Coordinate and foster compliance with relevant internal control processes
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a graduate of Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 8 years of Experience in Controlling, Finance or a similar role, preferably in multinational companies
- Good financial analysis skills plus the ability to understand and support operational objectives are required in order to translate complex data into actionable insights
- An excellent knowledge of Greek and English language are required
