Responsibilities:
- Ensures that office day-to-day activities are seamlessly happening.
- Creates and maintains filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- ID creation and replacement.
- Locker allocation.
- Biometrics enrollment and system management.
- Processes purchase orders and procurement of office requirements.
- Prepares housekeeping and security group work schedules.
- Point person for office upkeep and cleanliness.
- Assist in other admin-related tasks.
Requirements
- At least 6 months HR/Admin experience
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Willing to report onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
