We prefer candidates based in Bratislava or Brno, where our core R&D teams are located.
We are also open to Europe-based candidates, with the expectation of regular travel to HQ.
What this means in practice: roughly 15–20% onsite, typically clustered around demos or close collaboration phases.
Requirements
You are an experienced ML engineer who enjoys ambiguous problems and can move from idea to proof of concept with high ownership. You combine research curiosity with pragmatic engineering and communicate your thinking clearly. You thrive in an environment built on autonomy, quality, respect, and trust.
At Innovatrics, levels reflect scope, impact, and autonomy, not just years of experience. At this level you independently frame complex problems, choose appropriate ML approaches, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision. Depending on your impact, you may focus on deep technical ownership or extend into shaping research direction, mentoring, and influencing technical standards across teams.
Level and compensation are aligned during the interview process based on demonstrated scope & impact.
Benefits
At Innovatrics, we offer competitive compensation aligned with role level, experience, skills, and location.
Salary (indicative, Bratislava-based): starting from €5,200 / month and up to €7,200 / month and depends on the assessed seniority level.
Beyond base salary, Senior engineers are eligible for a company-wide Variable Pay program with a target of 20% of annual guaranteed pay, tied to Innovatrics’ net profit margin and paid based on company performance.
