About the Role
This is a role for someone who is early in their career but serious about breaking into
commercial and partnerships work in tech. You will support Igloo's commercial team in the
Philippines — prospecting new partners, supporting deal execution, and getting hands-on
exposure to enterprise sales in one of the most exciting sectors in Southeast Asia. If you are
sharp, hungry, and want to learn fast — this is for you.
What You Will Do
- Research and identify prospective B2B2C partners — telcos, fintechs, e-commerce platforms, super apps
- Support outreach and first-contact efforts with potential partners
- Attend and participate in partner meetings — preparing decks, taking notes, following up on action items
- Assist in managing the commercial pipeline — tracking deal stages, updating CRM, flagging risks
- Coordinate internally between product, tech, and legal during deal execution and partner launches
- Analyze market trends and competitor partnerships to identify new opportunities
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
- Genuinely curious about tech, fintech, or insurtech — you follow what is happening in the space
- You are the type who figures things out, not the type who waits to be told
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- High energy, coachable, and competitive — you want to be measured on results
