JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiting Specialist plays a critical role in driving full cycle recruiting and proactive talent sourcing across a diverse portfolio of technical and project based roles, including mechanical and electrical engineers, designers, commissioning professionals, field technicians, and corporate support functions.
As a key member of the HR team, this individual will partner closely with hiring managers and cross functional stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements, business priorities, and talent market dynamics. This role is responsible for building strong pipelines, delivering a high quality candidate experience, and ensuring efficient, data driven hiring outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
High Volume Recruiting / Schedule Coordination/ Sourcing (95%)
- Own and manage full cycle recruitment for 15 to 30 active requisitions, ensuring consistent pipeline flow and timely movement of candidates through each stage
- Proactively source and engage high quality talent using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and niche technical communities
- Build and maintain strong, trust based partnerships with hiring managers and cross functional teams through consistent communication, including leading weekly syncs to align on hiring priorities, pipeline health, and interview outcomes
- Manage a high volume of candidate and stakeholder communication with a focus on responsiveness, clarity, and candidate engagement
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, reducing time to schedule and improving overall process velocity
- Lead the end to end offer process, ensuring efficient execution, clear communication, and a high quality candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and up to date data within the ATS, ensuring visibility into pipeline health, reporting accuracy, and process integrity
- Own interviewer feedback collection, driving accountability and timely submission to support efficient decision making
- Leverage data, reporting, and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and continuously optimize the recruiting process
- Utilize AI and emerging technologies to streamline sourcing, screening, and administrative workflows
Human Resources Support (5%)
- Provide general HR support, research assistance, and administrative support as needed.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively to assist with documenting HR procedures and processes with an eye toward streamlining and automating where possible to improve department efficiency tasks to support team priorities and business needs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and sourcing for engineering, commissioning, and other highly technical roles within consulting, design, or field based environments
