Your role as Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Dialogue, you will lead your team to define and deliver high-impact work that improves member satisfaction and supports our business goals.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Clinical Operations) to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Own and manage the roadmap for your Scrum team
- Engage regularly with clients and members (interviews, surveys, user testing) to understand needs and inform product strategy
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Measure impact against user and business goals using tools like Metabase
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language, facilitating communication between various teams and key leaders among the company.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 2+ years of product management experience delivering user-facing products
- Experience applying AI tools to streamline analysis, generate insights, and reduce manual work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience leading Scrum teams alongside Design and Engineering in a tripod structure
- Proficiency in product discovery processes, with experience working from product discovery to product delivery.
- Strong user focus with a drive to create meaningful impact
- Strong data-centric mindset, eager to analyze their product outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty
- Humble confidence and an open-minded, flexible approach to problem-solving
