- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Compensation: $20–25/hour + monthly performance-based bonus

About the Role
The Collector III helps Clicklease drive portfolio performance and reduce delinquency by resolving complex customer situations and optimizing repayment outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-solving environments, enjoys negotiating solutions, and can confidently handle high-risk or escalated accounts.
The Team
The Portfolio team manages customer accounts and drives recovery performance while maintaining a strong and professional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of delinquent customer accounts
- Resolve complex and high-risk account situations
- Handle escalations from team members and drive resolution
- Negotiate non-standard repayment solutions within policy
- Support and guide junior team members as needed
What You Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of collections or account resolution experience
- Experience resolving complex customer situations
- Experience using CRM or collections systems
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience in leasing, fintech, or financial services
- Experience handling escalated or high-risk portfolios
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months
- Achieves target % PTP kept on complex accounts
- Consistently resolves escalations with high quality and compliance
- Meets or exceeds recovery and performance goals
