Our partners are seeking a Sales Executive to support and expand commercial activities across ship repair, port agency, and marine supply services within the Greek market.
This role is ideal for a person who has no more than 3 years in maritime sales either in spare parts or in ship repair brokerage who is motivated, resilient, and commercially curious to build awareness and understanding on how sales cycles work in maritime. A person that enjoys finding the decision maker, aims to open doors, is resilient and wants to earn by doing.
You don’t need a huge network yet. What you do need is drive, discipline, persistence and a strong business acumen on Maritime sector.

Mission:
Support sales growth and business development activities across the company's integrated maritime services.
Work closely with senior sales colleagues while gradually developing your own client base, learning how to identify opportunities, approach prospects, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
You will be encouraged to stay focused and proactive, understanding that not every opportunity leads to a deal and that persistence is key to success in maritime sales.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting sales initiatives across ship repair, port agency, and marine supply services.
- Assisting in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Maintaining contact with shipowners, technical departments, superintendents, and ship management companies
- Preparing and presenting service proposals with guidance from senior team members
- Participating in client visits, networking activities, and industry events
- Coordinating with internal departments to support smooth service delivery
- Learning and tracking the maritime sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Building market knowledge related to competitors, pricing trends, and client needs
- Reporting on sales performance, pipeline status and market insights to the Commercial Manager.
Requirements
Must Have
- Up to 3 years of experience in the maritime sales sector. More senior executives can also apply
- Basic understanding of how B2B sales cycles works in maritime sales.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Greece.
- Naval Engineering Degree, Maritime studies or related Business Adminitration
Nice to Have
- Experience working for a shipyard agency or as a representative of foreign shipyards in Greece.
- Familiarity with port agency operations and marine supplies.
- Initial contacts within the Greek shipping ecosystem.
- Interest in developing into a senior sales or business development role.

- A numbers person. Capable to make quick mental calculations on the fly
- Quick thinker, capable of identifying cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines.
- Very strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Greek and English.
