Our Partner is building a next-generation outbound sales engine, managing the full go-to-market cycle for clients—from ICP definition to closed deals. They are now looking for a Growth & GTM Operations Lead: a commercially-minded, tech-savvy professional who can take ownership of outbound infrastructure, data flows, and campaign execution, while gradually evolving into a core strategic partner of the business.
This is not a typical execution role. It is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants to combine automation, data, and revenue generation, with a clear path toward equity participation and long-term involvement in the company’s growth.
Mission:
To design, optimize, and scale the outbound growth engine by combining data operations, automation, and commercial thinking, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities and measurable revenue impact for clients.
You will be responsible for:
Outbound Engine Ownership
- Take ownership of the outbound infrastructure across LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems
- Design and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls)
- Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates
Data & Automation Strategy
- Build and maintain scalable data workflows: lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and segmentation
- Ensure high-quality data hygiene (deduplication, validation, CRM structuring)
- Implement and optimize automation using tools like Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Zapier/Make
Revenue & Client Impact
- Work closely with founders and clients to define ICPs and GTM strategies
- Support the full sales funnel: from lead generation to qualified meetings and pipeline contribution
- Translate campaign performance into actionable insights and revenue outcomes
Collaboration & Growth
- Act as a key link between Growth, Sales, and Strategy functions
- Contribute ideas, experiments, and improvements to scale outbound performance
- Gradually take ownership of processes and mentor more junior profiles as the team grows
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Growth, GTM Ops, Sales Ops, or outbound campaign environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets (data structuring, formulas, analysis)
- Proven experience working with outbound tools (LinkedIn automation, Apollo, CRM systems, email tools)
- Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels and outbound processes
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Google Apps Script.
- Some exposure to LinkedIn, email marketing, or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of data structures or simple coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
