The Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise BDR to execute, refine, and scale our outbound motion while staying deeply hands-on in the field.
As one of the first enterprise BDR hires in France, you’ll be the tip of the spear responsible for pipeline generation, account penetration, and building market presence across target enterprise segments.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to build and convert pipeline with urgency and precision.

Requirements
Must Have:
2+ years in BDR, AE, or similar roles with a strong focus on enterprise outbound. Proven track record of high activity and consistent target achievement. Experience with enterprise prospecting workflows including account mapping and multi-threading. Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks. Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with high ownership.
Nice to Have:
Experience in AI, conversational AI, CCaaS, or CX technology. Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and complex buying processes. Experience supporting or attending industry events. Background in scale-ups or early-stage environments. Familiarity with sales tools, intent data, or AI-powered outreach platforms.
