We’re looking for a motivated Middle Business Central Administrator to join our team, support users, and grow their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, take on new challenges, and deepen their skills in ERP administration.
Responsibilities
Business Central user support: handling incidents and requests, identifying root causes, resolving standard and non-standard issues, and supporting users in system usage.
Account and access management: creating and maintaining permission sets, security groups, and configuring access policies according to business needs.
Environment administration (sandbox, test, production): managing access compliance, coordinating environment updates, and creating new environments when needed.
System configuration: maintaining and updating directories, system parameters, journals, job queue settings, batch processes, document numbering, etc.
Release management participation: supporting updates, coordinating with developers and testers, performing pre-testing in sandbox, and creating checklists for post-upgrade validation.
System stability and performance monitoring: monitoring logs, analyzing errors, and identifying system issues.
Integration setup (OData, API, Entra ID): supporting integration configurations, managing access, and maintaining API security and connections.
Technical documentation and procedures: maintaining internal documentation, checklists, and instructions, and recording all system configuration changes.
Testing and validation of changes: performing functional testing, validating key scenarios, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Coordination with internal teams: working with developers, analysts, accountants, and IT teams; participating in regular sync meetings.
Incident and request management: working with Jira / Service Desk, classifying tickets, prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and providing status updates.
