As a Junior Global Partnerships Operations Manager you will be responcible for connecting people to services, controlling accounts and permissionshandle contracts and invoices
Main responsibilities:
Provisioning and managing employee access to SaaS services
Maintaining and controlling accounts and permissions
Creating and tracking Jira tickets (including invoice/payment requests)
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
Communicating with internal teams, partners, and support teams
