Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused professional to join our HR team as an Office Manager.
This role sits within the HR function but is uniquely positioned to drive employee engagement initiatives while also providing high-level executive administrative support to key members of our Senior Leadership Team.

What You’ll Do...
• Provide direct administrative support to the on-site senior leadership team, managing complex calendars, schedules, travel, and priorities.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, food and beverage programs, room scheduling, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, board reviews, offsites, and cross-functional leadership sessions.
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritizing demands, managing shifting priorities, and exercising sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Support the planning and logistics of company-wide events, celebrations, recognition moments, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement opportunities.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and act as a visible point of contact for questions related to engagement and office experience.
• Draft internal communications and content that reinforce transparency, recognition, and cultural alignment.
• Assist HR with special projects, surveys, feedback loops, and communication initiatives.
· Manage incoming communications and mail distribution.
· Interact professionally and effectively with clients, staff, and vendors in compliance with company policies.
· Collaborate with HR to support employee engagement programs, including recognition events, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.

· 3+ years’ experience supporting multiple executives or working in a high-growth organization
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
