In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Junior Treasurer/Accountant.

Position Summary

A Junior Treasurer/Accountant plays a crucial role in managing the financial assets and liquidity of the company. Is responsible for supporting the management of the company’s financial resources and ensuring efficient cash flow.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Implement treasury policies and procedures
• Monitors and observes the periodic treasury needs
• Processing treasury payments and archiving related documentation
• Book-keeping of all types of payments using the group’s accounting software package
• Reconciling bank statements
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies with cash/checks transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in treasury, accounting or finance role will be considered a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and particularly MS Excel will be considered a plus
• Attention to detail
• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements that enhance internal efficiency.
