Now we look for a Product Manager to join our Trust & Safety Team.
Define and own the product roadmap for the Admin Panel and Moderation tools, with a focus on improving efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across all moderation workflows.
Collaborate with Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Engineering teams to develop best-in-class tooling for the moderation team, including solutions for potential violation detection and moderation workflow automation.
Work closely with Moderation, Customer Support, Legal, Compliance, and Trust & Safety teams to ensure alignment with global regulations and industry best practices.
Design and deliver moderator-facing solutions that balance platform safety and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR, DSA, DMCA, and age verification) with intuitive, efficient workflows and UX optimized for speed, accuracy, and ease of use.
Use data-driven decision-making to monitor moderation accuracy, efficiency, and impact, and continuously iterate on tooling improvements.
Partner with Design, Product, and Business Analysis teams to deliver scalable features that empower internal teams and reduce risk exposure.
Stay ahead of evolving risks, industry standards, and moderation technologies, introducing automation and AI/ML-assisted workflows where appropriate.
Act as the voice of moderators and internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are translated into effective product solutions.
