At Zoku, we call our hospitality all-rounders “Sidekicks”. Think of it as a hands-on, guest-focused role with Rooms & Reception as your home base that blends barista, service tasks, and check –ins into one dynamic position. You’re the go-to person for our guests and help make their stay smooth, fun, and memorable.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a Rooms Sidekick… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Check – In & Friendly First Impressions: Be the friendly face that guests meet first, making check-ins and check-outs a breeze, and answering their burning questions with a smile.
Bartender = Master of the Bar: Channel your inner mixologist as you switch between being a barista and a beer master, crafting delicious drinks and sparking lively conversations.
All-Round Support = Learn Beyond Rooms: While Rooms & Reception is your core focus, you’ll also get the chance to support other areas like the Living Kitchen where you’ll become the ultimate food matchmaker by serving up mouth-watering meals and refreshing drinks in our Living Kitchen restaurant and rooftop terrace, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

WHEN YOU’LL BE ON
You’ll start by building a strong foundation in Rooms & Reception and over time you’ll expand your skills across different departments. Your schedule will include both morning and afternoon/evening shifts, including some weekends. Your responsibilities and hours may/will vary, and your flexibility will shine!
Example of shift times:
Morning Shift (AM Shift): 6:30-14:30 OR 7:00-15:00
Afternoon/Evening Shift (PM Shift): 15:00-23:00 OR 16:00-23:00
