ILIA is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic Creative Operations team. As a Project Manager, leading all digital projects—both on owned channels and with our wholesale partners—you will play a critical role in driving the success of our digital marketing projects. You will lead the management of creative deliverables and timelines for ecommerce, email/SMS, social media (paid + organic), PR, Global Education, as well as supporting wholesale digital marketing needs. Your ability to effectively manage projects from inception to completion, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, will be essential to the organization's overall digital strategy. You are a strong communicator who operates with an owner’s mindset—and has the passion and enthusiasm to rally a team around you.
This role is hybrid, open to candidates based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area and will work on-site at our Century City, CA office at least 1x week.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and ecommerce, facilitating end-to-end process flow from strategic planning to creative kickoff, internal reviews and stakeholder alignment to final delivery of all digital marketing projects, including:
Email/SMS, social (paid+organic), website updates for iliabeauty.com and any partner websites (Sephora, etc.), EDU Videos and collateral, and assets to support all PR and brand/partnership initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Manage the execution and delivery of all digital promos, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines and budget.
Partner with the eCommerce team in supporting all loyalty initiatives ensuring projects are initiated and executed on time and within budget.
Manage task-based projects (Asana), with overall accountability at the program-level.
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope; mitigate timeline risks by communicating creative status and resourcing recommendations (weekly email or slack recaps on project statuses and top priorities)
Facilitate internal and cross-functional checkpoints (in-person meeting agendas / reviews over email or Figma) for digital projects and ensure stakeholder inputs and creative outputs are on schedule
