Own and enhance the overall workplace experience across Noida and Gurugram offices, ensuring a vibrant, inclusive and employee-friendly environment.
Manage end-to-end office operations, ensuring facilities, infrastructure and equipment are safe, clean and fully functional.
Oversee maintenance, repairs, vendor services and support office moves, relocations and buildouts.
Manage facility-related contracts, including vendor negotiations, performance monitoring and compliance (SLAs, renewals, audits etc).
Ensure adherence to workplace safety, security protocols and deliver a professional visitor experience.
Handle procurement and management of office supplies, pantry, catering and equipment in a cost-effective manner.
Partner with HR to drive employee engagement, events, wellness initiatives and effective space planning.
Additional/Ad-hoc responsibility assigned by the reporting manager related to Facility Management.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in office management, facilities management or related roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, along with excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and work independently with high ownership.
High level of integrity, discretion and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Adaptable and resilient with ability to create inclusive workplace environments and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with AI tools and technologies
