Support operational, strategic, and organizational topics while actively contributing to prioritization and execution
Proactively plan, structure, and prioritize complex tasks and initiatives
Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and decision-making materials for executive leadership
Ensure deadlines are met and important topics are consistently followed through
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across international teams
Structure, optimize, and improve internal processes and workflows
Support the preparation and execution of projects together with the Chairman in Zurich
