About the role
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute Cricut’s marketing strategy for South Korea, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales
Lead digital-first marketing initiatives across social media, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and community building
Build and manage relationships with local influencers, content creators, and community leaders in the DIY and lifestyle space
Plan and execute always-on social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Naver, etc.)
Shape paid media strategy and provide creative direction while working with agencies or partners on execution
Partner with retail and e-commerce teams to develop co-marketing programs and in-store activations
Plan and execute offline activations including events, workshops, and retail experiences to drive brand engagement and sales
Create and adapt locally relevant content and storytelling that resonates with Korean audiences
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance — and use data to continuously improve results
Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency
Serve as the local market expert, providing insights on consumer behavior, platform trends, and competitive activity
