The Regional E-commerce Operations Lead, META will own and scale marketplace and direct e-commerce execution across Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. This role will be based in Turkey and will be responsible for improving online commercial performance across official stores, marketplaces, and priority online retail partners.
The role is designed for a hands-on operator who can build and run the e-commerce operating system for the region — not just administer listings. The successful candidate will lead product listing quality, PDP optimization, keyword strategy, price and promotion execution, platform campaign readiness, retail media activation, and localized content deployment across META marketplaces and direct online retailers. The role will work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, distributors, and platform partners to improve traffic, conversion, ROAS, sell-through, and marketplace share.
Core responsibilities
Marketplace and e-commerce operations
- Own day-to-day e-commerce execution across META marketplaces and priority direct online retail partners
- Manage official store hygiene, catalog structure, assortment readiness, listing completeness, and product discoverability
- Ensure strong PDP execution across titles, bullets, keywords, images, A+ or enhanced content, local copy, and promotional assets
- Drive keyword optimization, search visibility, category placement, and conversion improvements across platforms
- Coordinate new product launches, portfolio updates, and online merchandising readiness
Trading, pricing, and promotions
- Own execution of platform campaigns, flash sales, voucher plans, bundles, and promotional calendars
- Partner with commercial and distributor teams on price architecture, promotional mechanics, and platform investment planning
- Monitor pricing compliance, competitor positioning, and assortment competitiveness
- Improve marketplace sell-through through tighter trading discipline and weekly execution cadence
Retail media and growth performance
- Lead in-platform marketing execution including sponsored search, display, CPC, affiliates, lives, and retail media programs
- Work with marketing partners to connect upper-funnel demand generation to lower-funnel marketplace conversion
- Improve traffic quality, click-through rate, product-page conversion, and ROAS
- Build clear testing plans for creatives, offers, landing experiences, and hero SKUs
Analytics and reporting
- Own marketplace and e-commerce performance reporting across traffic, conversion, ROAS, sales, share, and promotional performance
- Track weekly and monthly KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, sell-through, pricing, share of search, and media efficiency
- Identify growth blockers and action plans market by market
- Turn platform and distributor data into clear commercial recommendations
Localization and cross-functional execution
- Ensure local-market relevance across Turkish, Arabic, and English content, and support Hebrew where relevant through local partners
- Coordinate with marketing on PDP content, banners, seasonal assets, and campaign localization
- Work closely with distributors and account managers to align platform actions with inventory, trading, and retail priorities
- Build repeatable processes and standards for marketplace execution across the META region
