This isn't your standard HR role. We are looking for a Senior Employee Relations & People Partner to help us build a brand-new Global ER function from the ground up, while simultaneously serving as the People pulse for our India and APAC operations.
You will wear two vital hats: Global ER Expert and India/APAC People Partner for an amazing team of ~250 employees. You will be the person who can zoom out to design global frameworks and zoom in to solve complex local challenges and manage international ER cases with pragmatism and heart.
1. Architecting the Global ER Blueprint and Managing cases
You won't just follow the rules; you’ll help write them. Partnering with senior leadership, you will:
Design & Build: Shape and evolve our global ER frameworks, policies, and scalable processes - from investigations and case management to performance and exits.
Lead Complex Cases: Take the lead on ER cases across multiple regions, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance on a global scale.
Innovate with Tech: Leverage AI and automation to make ER processes more efficient and data-driven.
Empower Managers: Create the playbooks and guidelines that help our global managers lead with confidence.
2. Leading the People Agenda in India & APAC
Strategic Partnering: Act as a conduit between the business and the People function, attending monthly Leadership meetings to align People priorities with business growth.
Coach & Develop: Support managers on everything from team dynamics and performance to talent initiatives and workforce planning.
Drive Inclusion: Own and lead regional DE&I initiatives that make a real difference in the India region.
Be the Bridge: Ensure local nuances are reflected in global designs while keeping regional practices aligned with our global standards.
