Role Purpose
The ERP Product & Program Manager owns the end-to-end governance and execution framework for Beckers’ Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP, evolving it from template creation to ongoing product lifecycle management. The role ensures stable operations (support and maintenance), drives value through a structured release cadence, and enables predictable rollouts by coordinating the ERP Product Team, rollout teams, and supporting teams across IT and business.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Product Lifecycle Management
- Own the ERP product governance model (intake, prioritization, decision-making) in collaboration with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Solution Owner, and key business stakeholders.
- Maintain and evolve the global ERP template, including requirements management, design guardrails, and fit-to-template vale based decisions.
- Establish and run the company functional release cadence and coordinate it with the Microsoft release cycle (One Version) and environment planning.
- Ensure system support and maintenance are in place (application support, incident/problem management, continuous improvement backlog).
- Track ERP performance and adoption KPIs; drive corrective actions to improve stability, data quality, and user experience.
Rollout Governance & Program Delivery
- Run ERP rollout governance (cadence, artifacts, decision logs) and support the Digital & IT Steering Committee with transparent status, risks, and decision points.
- Coordinate rollout teams across sites (project managers, key users, application specialists) to deliver predictable cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Drive integrated planning across core roles (Release Manager, Solution Architect, Development & Integrations Lead, Migration Lead) to align scope, timeline, environments, and readiness.
- Own program-level risk, issue, and dependency management (including cross-system integrations such as compliance / labelling / reporting), ensuring mitigation plans are executed.
- Manage vendors/partners and contracts supporting the ERP program; ensure deliverables, quality, and cost are controlled.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Act as the primary liaison among executive leadership, functional departments, and ERP teams.
- Drive organizational adoption through structured change management and user enablement.
- Communicate ERP vision, benefits, and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
